Training
Monthly Club 3 x Weekly: sign up is based on a first come, first serve basis. We will only take 10-12 athletes. This is a closed sessions to club members only. (No drop-ins during this time)
Training Focus:
Vaulting 2 x a week, maintaining general core strength, flexibility, gymnastic strength, stability, competitions and vault mechanic breakdown.
Cost: $250 for the month (most popular!)

Monthly Elite Club: sign up is based on a first come, first serve basis. We will only take 4-6 athletes. This is a closed sessions to club members only. (No drop-ins during this time)
Training Focus:
This training is a 5-6 day a week program. The athlete will be on a training program designed to get them ready for the 2012 Olympic Trials. Vaulting long and short run, core strength development, flexibility, gymnastic strength, stability, competitions, nutrition, speed, plyometrics and vault mechanic breakdown.
Cost: $350 for the month (Invite only)

Day Camp Sessions:
Who: Open to anyone and any ability.
