Custom Training Camps

Arizona Pole Vault Academy offers customized training camps that can be short or long term. You also have the option for all living accommodations right here on-site that can be anywhere from 1 to 14 days. You decide how long you want the training camp to be as well as your time commitment each day. You can use the formula below to estimate costs. We can help you put together a training plan based on your personal goals and create daily schedule designed to help you reach those goals.

Fees are per person

Cost per Vault Session $100
Limited number of vaulters. Session runs about 1.5 hours.

Cost per Training Session $50
Speed, Plyometrics, Performance Testing, Weight lifting, Rope swing, etc.. Typically focused on the technical aspect of the skill rather than the intensity. Session runs 30 minutes to an hour.

Educational Presentations and Discussions $50
Choose from topics listed above.  Session runs 30 minutes to an hour.

Overnight Accommodations $50
Includes all room and board

Air Travelers: Please arrange your transportation to and from the airport using Super Shuttle (http://www.supershuttle.com), Uber or Lyft. If you are flying with poles we can arrange to have you picked up and dropped off for a $50 fee each way.

Accommodations: Vaulters that need overnight accommodations will be staying at the Starkey Ranch. We provide food for all meals. You are free to entertain yourself during downtime by hanging out by the pool, watching movies in our home theater or whatever else you choose to do.

What To Bring
Running shoes, track spikes, workout cloths, sweat pants and shirt, swim suit, Warm and cold weather casual clothing.

We have an extensive collection of poles.  You are welcome to bring your own but you do not need to as you can borrow our poles for no additional charge.

Refunds: Once training camp has started we regret that we cannot issue refunds due to injury, illness or dismissal for disciplinary reasons. Any cancellations with 30 days notice will receive a full refund.  Within 30 days you can request a refund minus a late cancellation fee of $100.

Come prepared to make huge gains in your vaulting, make new friends, and trying new stuff. Camaraderie, self-respect, and good clean fun are all important aspects of our club.
